UAE RUGBY COACH

This is a new and exciting position created to initiate the growth of Sevens rugby in UAE.

The successful applicant will report directly to CEO and will work closely with all affiliated Clubs. The role requires a highly organised and knowledgeable individual who has a significant background in playing and/or coaching Sevens. Organising a comprehensive training programme that encompasses sevens specific conditioning, skills coaching, game plans and recovery. Coaching the National squad in the Asian Rugby Sevens Series with a view to qualification for the Emirates Dubai 7's
Conducting a programme of player development for Emirati and Women's players in terms of skills development and understanding the game. Working with club and schools coaches on initiating performance pathways leading into the National squad.
Qualifications Required This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to work with committed players and an ambitious Union. Candidates should be able to evidence high performance sevens playing or coaching and an understanding of how to develop players.
